The living area has two sofas and a Smart TV, whilst the dining area features a dining table with four chairs. The well-equipped kitchen comprises of an electric oven, electric hob, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine and microwave. There is a breakfast bar area and a useful downstairs WC. Upstairs you will find a spacious king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower & WC.

The space
Outside the property is an enclosed terraced area, complete with table and chairs to relax after a day of exploring the local area.

A travel cot, highchair & stair-gate can be found inside the property. One of the sofas in the living room can be converted into a soft bed and bedding is available inside the property.

Well behaved dogs are welcome ( max 2) but they must always be controlled and supervised and never left unattended in the property. Whilst there isn't a garden, there is a park opposite the house with an enclosed area for walking. Dogs are not permitted upstairs or on the furniture.
